Afghan Baluchi rugs (also called Baluch or Beluchi ) are handmade rugs originally made by Baluch nomads, living near the border between Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan .The rugs are often small with lively repetitive patterns and the dominating colors are camel, deep red, brown and dark blue.  They have soft wool piles, and the colors are mainly derived from natural sources such as fruits and vegetable dyes. Afghan Baluchi rugs are known for their durability and elegance. They are full of life, vibrantly colored and rich in imagination. These rugs have a special character and personality, spun flavor that makes them so easy to live with, in the modern home. They are absolutely delighting anywhere – bedroom or family room, foyer or dining room.
